THREE.JS / WEBGL EFFECT CONTRACT
Turn the render target into a character field.
The official ASCII example renders a WebGL scene into a hidden canvas, then lets `AsciiEffect` read pixels into a custom DOM table. This study keeps the replacement `domElement`, character set, inversion, resolution, and TrackballControls boundary with a deterministic sphere-and-plane scene.

`AsciiEffect` is a WebGLRenderer-only, DOM-table replacement render path. The official 200-unit sphere, exact Pisa/scene assets, exact page/Stats/pixel fidelity, DOM throughput on all devices, arbitrary browser/compiler matrices, context loss, and whole-example fidelity remain separate.
