Measure the index.
Three indexed indirect lanes author the same six-index quad as default Uint16, normalized Uint16, and explicit Uint32. The probe records what Three.js uploads to WebGPU.

All lanes use firstIndex=0, baseVertex=0, and firstInstance=0. The pinned Three.js WebGPU path promotes default non-normalized Uint16 index attributes to Uint32; the normalized Uint16 row is an explicit edge probe, not a general recommendation.
