WebGPU renderer query

THREE.JS / FOUNDATIONS 176
Visibility is a question with a one-frame delay.
The renderer asks the GPU whether a target drew any samples. The answer returns asynchronously, then a node turns that answer into a visible surface state.
Creating the occluder, query target, and object-updated material.

Change what the GPU can see.
Waiting for the first resolved query.
Only the sphere has occlusionTest = true. The plane's
object-updated node reads renderer.isOccluded(sphere);
results describe the previous completed render.
