THREE.JS / TERRAIN GEOMETRY
A plane becomes a landscape.
The official terrain study samples ImprovedNoise, writes heights into a subdivided PlaneGeometry, bakes normal-based shading into a CanvasTexture, and renders through fog with first-person controls.

The official 256 × 256 seeded terrain, exact random texture-noise pass, camera positions, Stats, page/pixel fidelity, and native backend/device matrix are not copied. The deterministic local heightfield proves the selected PlaneGeometry deformation, CanvasTexture shading, fog, and first-person lifecycle only; whole-example fidelity remains separate.
