THREE.JS / WEBGL GPGPU + GLTF
Morph frames join the flock.
The pinned GLTF example bakes Parrot or Flamingo morph animation into a float texture, then gives every bird a position, velocity, animation-frame, and seed reference into GPU-managed state.

Derived from the pinned GLTF GPGPU birds example. This route uses the official Flamingo.glb and Parrot.glb fixtures and source-shaped 64×64 compute, bake, reference, material-injection, GUI-control, pointer, reset, and teardown seams; deterministic seeds and this local HUD replace the official random/GUI/Stats presentation, exact pixels, device/compiler matrix, performance generalization, and whole-example fidelity remain separate.
