BIM geometry becomes inspectable.

The pinned gallery source uses web-ifc directly: configure the WASM path, initialize IfcAPI, open the IFC byte stream with COORDINATE_TO_ORIGIN, stream all meshes, convert interleaved position/normal data, merge opaque and transparent geometries, then close the model. This local study keeps that ownership contract measurable through a deterministic IFC-like fixture.

The official `rac_advanced_sample_project.ifc`, web-ifc@0.0.77 WASM fetch, arbitrary IFC schema/property/material/geometry matrices, exact model/page/pixel presentation, device/backend breadth, memory/heap stress, and whole-example fidelity remain separate boundaries.
